These detached luxury villas, which were renovated in 2017, are located on Ferienresort Cochem. The design is modern, comfortable and cosy.

You have a living room with floor heating and an open kitchen furnished with appliances. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, with a total of five single box-spring beds, some of which may be set up as double beds. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a TV. The bathroom with a traditional sauna is also located on the first floor. A storage room with washing machine and dryer complete the picture.

There is a garden with terrace and garden furniture and there is a parking space by the villa for one car.
