"Waterview cottage is comfortable and very clean. The accommodations look new and we had good sleep. The kitchen has most of the necessary equipment for meal preparation. A baking sheet pan is needed. WiFi and Roku TV was excellent. The primary bedroom bed was so tall/high my wife could not get in or out of it. That necessitated sleeping in the 2 twins. "This is a excellent cottage for a short getaway. As the listing states, the cottage is small so only big enough for 1-2 people. There is a nice refrigerator and microwave to heat things up but no facilities for cooking. Paul and Chris are very friendly and helpful. Their dog Vinny is also friendly. We came for a triathlon and the porch was a covered so we could keep our bikes there. The sauna was also great to use after our triathlon."

"The house is actually the same as the pictures. Beautiful property, spacious downstairs and basement and so many bedrooms! "Overall we had a lovely stay at this house. It was clean and quiet - perfect for our small group of friends. No major issues. Everything was in good repair except one leaky air mattress. However - each room only has one bed. The basement room had a couch that converted to a bed. The three bedroom upstairs have one queen bed each. There is a collection of inflatable mattresses to augment these 3 beds plus one sofa bed. I was supposed to get the door code 2 hours before check in, but it did not...

"Our Family decided to take a last minute Spring Break trip and had a fantastic time. Matt was a great host and easy to communicate with. "O atendente na recepção foi muito educado e cortês. O quarto é amplo, mas decadente. A era cama confortável. O isolamento acústico é inexistente, pois ouve-se tudo nos quartos ao lado, desde conversas até descargas e também quem passa pelo corredor. O hotel é extremamente barulhento. "Property was clean. Rooms appeared to be well attended. The breakfast was very good featuring a waffle maker and fresh coffee. Beds were comfortable as well. The only annoyance was the pre register is useless in that you have to do it all again upon check in. Not a big deal, just annoying. It was a good stay and I would recommend you stay.
