"Stayed here almost two weeks. Needed a cozy home like place for my daughter to recover from a surgery she had at the local hospital. It had a full sized kitchen to prepare meals and a comfortable bed. We liked the long couch in the living room. The home is in an older established neighborhood. It’s quiet and several children outside playing most days, which was nice to see these days. Owner communicated often if there was a problem they would handle."

"They are texting me and asking me for pay again. Second time I stayed and second time this happened. The first time they found my payment before I had to help figure out what happened and now they are doing the same thing. It’s a very weird thing for me to book on Expedia and then have the host hound me for payment after I leave. Now the second time they are asking for proof of payment again. It’s a horrible way to conduct business"

"Very responsive host and very personable. We enjoyed the space and the spent a lot time on the dock trying to fish lol but did catch a few crabs. Only a few suggested improvements: pillows are hard and we woke up with crooked necks... would return but will bring pillows from home. Also a garbage disposal would be nice... we cooked a lot and I was in overdrive trying to catch any food from going down the drain and couldn't help but think most guests might not be so type A. Also for those who cook...

"The carriage house was fantastic, my daughters and wife loved the feel and decor. We were passing through Annapolis on the way home from vacation and decided to visit overnight. We would have gladly stayed longer if I did not have commitments. The home had everything we needed, was as described and was even nicer than the photos. Communication with the hosts was easy, informative, and timely. The neighborhood is wonderful, the trail was a bonus as a way to walk to town and invites you to enjoy...
