Indulge in the ultimate Beach and Boujee lifestyle when you book our favorite two units that up until now, were only available separately. Featuring 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms total with two separate 1-car garages, this modern oasis is the perfect spot for multiple families or larger groups of up to 12. Each unit has 3 bedrooms and two baths and a spacious outdoor space that is entirely yours with games, an outdoor dining area, and a BBQ. Located close to fantastic shopping and Daytona Beach.

This listing combines our two favorite units to give you that extra chic beach and boujee vibe for the entire crew.

Unit 2418: Experience this three bedroom/2 bath all-new build home complete with new furnishings down to the art, bedding, and appliances. Super chic vibes throughout and located near Daytona Beach. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a cocktail station to help put you in that beach and boujee mode. Each unit has a one-car garage and one parking space in the driveway.

Unit 2416: The same ultimate boujee modern chic vibe can be found in the adjacent unit, featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Enjoy this fantastic location complete with beach chairs, coolers, beach towels, and an electric fireplace with Smart TVs thoughtfully located in each room.

Each unit is fully equipped with linens and Smart TVs in each room and three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each unit has a one-car garage and one parking space in the driveway.

To comply with our city permit, there is a $35 charge for dish cleaning in case they are not washed before your check-out.

If there is trash in the property, there will be an additional charge of $25 per bag.

Any guest that violates county or city rules as outlined in our 'things to know' and 'house rules' sections will be subject to paying a $350 call code attendance fee by our 24:7 call compliance staff in addition to any fines levied by the city, whether it results in a violation or not.
Please remember these rules are mandated and imposed solely by the CITY and our PERMIT/ORDINANCE which requires property management companies to notify all guests that the CITY requires you to sign a rental agreement and the Good Neighbor Brochure to obtain the code to the property as well as provide a copy in the rental agreement app a copy of Governmental ID that matches the name on the reservation. Please notate these and all rules regarding trash removal, noise and dishes being washed are due to our permit and not our rules so please keep this in mind before booking as some guests rate us based on rules we must abide by to rent. We appreciate that they are unique rules please do not review us based on the reviews we need to follow, we appreciate it. The code cannot be sent until this agreement is filled out.

(1) Maximum vehicles and guest occupancy permitted is described in the listing. Any violation is subject to eviction and/or cancellation of your stay. If you need additional parking, please contact us directly.

(2) There is no street parking; they will tow any vehicles parked on the street and any towing fees or fines issued are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

(3) Excessive noise or loud music heard at the property line is prohibited by the CITY for the consideration of the local residents. The CITY enforces quiet hours from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM and will send out code enforcement officers to issue fines/and or evict guests for any violations reported. There will be a $300 administrative fine per Code Call for our team to show up as we are required to attend such code call within 30 minus, plus $100 per hour of our time spent for the violation. This is IN ADDITION to any fines issued by Code Enforcement which start at $500 to $5000 per violation.

(4) Dishes - All dishes must be cleaned before leaving and the house must be left in the same condition that you found it in. Any dirty dishes left in the kitchen are subject to a $45 fee- our housekeepers will unload dishes or put them away but do not wash dishes or dump trash per the law this includes leaving dishes with food on them or left in the home. It also attracts vermin. Please note this is part of our permit and not included in cleaning the home after guests leave.

(5) Any bags or trash left behind in the bathroom, kitchen (including leaving behind items in the fridge, or around the house is subject to a $25 per bag for removal. Please make sure all trash is bagged and tightly secured inside the bins and the lids are shut tight. Any trash left inside the home will be subject to a fee.

(6) Barbecue- No propane service.

(7) Pet- The home is strictly not pet friendly as the owners have severe allergies. Any violation is subject to eviction and a $3500 fine plus damages to the home will be charged.

(8) Parties or noise ordinance calls – any parties, events, unauthorized guests or noise complaints will result in immediate eviction with no refund. Any party will incur $5,000 fine plus immediate eviction.

(9) No over occupancy - $500 per person over occupancy fine plus damages plus immediate eviction and subject to code call fines.

(10) No smoking, vaping or drugs inside our cabins at any time. Any evidence of violation is grounds for immediate eviction from the cabin and a $3500 plus damages found at the home.

(11) Please refrain from bringing your own BBQs, Firepits and or outside cooking devices are banned by the CITY due to the fire safety hazards. This is subject to eviction due to this is how fires start.

(12) Power outages or internet outages are beyond our control, so there will be no refunds at any time if this occurs.

Please keep in mind you must be 25 years old to book.

This a combined duplex with two separate units. Both units have separate entrances. Max occupancy for both units booked is (12) max including children and (4) cars total.

When I booked it the listing said 4 bdrm 4 bath. Its actually 2 units and 3 bdrm 2 ɓath on each side. Beautiful place though and it worked in our favor so all good. Very clean and spacious, highly recommend and will consider again. We had 12 people ( the max) and plenty of roo..

The combined houses were perfect for our group to spread out and have our own space, but also be able to gather. We split up to have the night owls on one side and early birds on the other. This house was definately the nicest one in the neighborhood and it was a little bit further from the main things we were doing than we thought, but a great place nonetheless.
