Host is very responsive to outreach and handled a problem with key code lock right away. Annoying barking small dog somewhere in the building (?) not the fault of host. We intend to stay here again so that says more than anything else."

Two things are the worst among all weaknesses of an old property: the host is unprofessional, unhelpful, and rude. When you have needs he doesn’t want to help, he simply kicks you out without thinking clients position. The second point is there is only hot water in the morning and evening according to him.
