Only a handful of homes can claim views and close proximity to Katama Bay like ours. You can also see the ocean over south beach. Just walk down the yard and with a few extra steps you are at the bay. Birds come and go all day from the tidal pond in front of the house. Shaded sitting area, deck, sunsets over the Vineyard. After a day at the beach, you'll never forget taking an outdoor shower in the afternoon sun. Don't worry, the sides are enclosed for privacy. Kids love it here, so close to the beach. There is endless opportunity to play in the tidal stream and pond and look for wildlife. The sand on the beach in front is great to play in or spend a quiet afternoon away from it all. Fisherman will also appreciate the lighted outdoor filet table. The house is perfectly positioned for afternoon sun, and a cool breeze off the ocean and bay. Sunsets are beautiful, right from the deck and dining room. The kitchen and bathroom were recently updated. Ask about possible use of kayak, paddle boards and bikes.
