Apartment 11 - Edersee time out

In the outbuilding, formerly used as a functional building, you will find this beautiful 70 square meter holiday room, on two floors. In the lower floor is the open and cozy living / dining area with a very well equipped kitchenette, the ceramic hob microwave ovens / combination, almost everything the holidaymaker needs. On the private balcony you have already with the morning coffee a wonderful view of the lake. In front of the living room area you will find a large terrace that promises a cozy end to a busy day.

A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor. There are two separate bedrooms with a total of 4 people. One bedroom has two single boxspring beds. In the other bedroom you can look forward to a comfortable box spring double bed.

A modern bathroom with toilet, sink, window, glass shower with rain shower and bathtub complete the wellness offer.

Dogs up to a shoulder height of 39 cm are allowed.

In a listed building with a neighboring house, we offer a total of 12 individual and very tastefully furnished apartments. The house was completely refurbished and opened in the fall of 2018. The diversity of the different floor plans offers the perfect holiday home for everyone and a holiday pleasure that promises perfect relaxation with all the comforts. In the main building there is an elevator, only the loft apartment in the attic can only be reached via a staircase from the 2nd floor. Upstairs be achieved. On the ground floor is a small lounge for a maximum of 10 people, which can be used by all guests. On the premises there is a room for bicycles with charging facilities for the e-bike. A barbecue area and a play area for children are available. All apartments are Non smoking apartments. On request we provide a cot and high chair. In front of the building you will find free parking. Duvet covers, towels and a hygiene-Erstausstattung are included in the price. Dogs are welcome in some apartments. Per apartment, a dog with a maximum shoulder height of 39 cm can be brought on request. For this an additional cleaning fee of 20 € will be charged.
