The Space:

The kitchen is a genuine cook's space with modern appliances and counter room; the primary bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bath, the guest bedroom a king with its own ensuite, and the bunk bedroom sleeps the kids in full-over-queen bunks with a detached full bath nearby. Walking and hiking trails with Ogden Valley views leave from the front door — wild turkeys in summer.



Guest Access:

The great room and kitchen host up to 8. Trappers Ridge / Wolf Creek Resort framing: community pool, hot tub, and gym, plus golf, trails, and the lake nearby.



The Neighborhood:

Trappers Ridge at Wolf Creek Resort — quiet, established, and walkable to the community amenities. Powder Mountain is about 10 minutes (ski shuttle at the community entrance in winter), Nordic Valley about 10, Wolf Creek Golf Course about 2, Pineview Reservoir and Huntsville about 10. Snowbasin is about 20 minutes; downtown Ogden about 25.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for the valley, with garage parking included. The winter ski shuttle to Powder Mountain picks up at the community entrance. Salt Lake City International Airport is about an hour away.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 11:00 AM. No parties or events; no smoking anywhere on the property; quiet hours may apply. Fully equipped kitchen with the basics, luxury linens, hot tub towels, washer/dryer with detergent, free Wi-Fi. Safety: fire extinguisher, smoke and CO alarms, first aid kit. Also offered for seasonal and long-term rental — ask us for details. Pet policy available on request.
