"Hotel opened 18 months ago. The decoration of the rooms and reception is wonderful, with personalized and very welcoming service. Very large parking lot at the door of the rooms. The Hotel has a great location because it is on the side of the road but at the top of a small hill, being very quiet and having a very beautiful view."

"The location of this hotel is excellent, right in the town center of Lenox, close to all the shops and restaurants. I was a little concerned initially about the reviews I read regarding the level of cleanliness of the rooms which I am extremely particular about. The room was very clean so maybe the issue has been addressed. Communication with staff via text which normally would be concerning was also very prompt and quick. They respond to texts right away and always very kind so shouldnt...

"Great place to stay for location and was very unique. Had trouble checking in and was difficult to get ahold of someone since there was no onsite staff. They said it was a problem with expedia booking. The room itself was great and spacious - so much to do with how they had the whole place decorated. A very nice place to stay for the night."

"The towels and bedding were very nice and the bed was comfortable. There was ample, close parking. However, the sink drain was slow. There was no body wash in the shower. The refrigerator noise was so loud we had to unplug it while we slept. The breakfast was poor (no fruit or meat) and the eggs & biscuits and gravy were barely warm. I would not recommend this hotel."

"We arrived at 10 pm and the room had a broken AC and no sheets for pullout. The temperature was 95 degrees and the windows were left open suggesting that this was not a new problem. I had to contact the front desk (offsite) to request assistance. No one showed up after waiting for 45 minutes. We had to leave and rebook elsewhere. I requested a refund for our our stay due to the extenuating unresolvable circumstances and the fact that the room was uninhabitable. I have not heard back from...

"For two story building it was quiet...no noise from either room or room above. Also, outside pool was nice as it was very warm during my stay"

"There is a lot of construction going on outside which resulted in no parking. You have to park at the bank lot next door. This in itself was tollerable, however, the check-in/unloading, and check-out/loading was a nightmare with no parking near the entry way. There was room for cars but the manager was allowing first come first serve parking. This left no room for people coming in to check-in or out...we had to pull in squeeze ourselves into a spot blocking all other cars and reverse all the way...

"I paid for the insurance - Had a situation at home. Power outage and damage to property. Between Expedia and the Hotel you refused to honor the insurance protection. Very disappointed in Expedia- I have been a good customer for years. Date June 13 was the reservation."
