This beautiful chalet is located in the middle of the enchanting mountain landscape of the Pongau region in the heart of Salzburgerland. It's about 8 minutes by car from the ski resort of Flachau. The chalet is equipped with all the luxuries you could want. In the souterrain is a private sauna and ski storage. On the 1st floor is a spacious living room with fully equipped open kitchen. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. From the terrace you have breathtaking views of the mountains
This region is a true paradise for winter sports enthusiasts. With hundreds of kilometres of perfectly groomed slopes and modern ski facilities, the Pongau region offers the ultimate Alpine experience. The ski areas Spacejet 1 Flachau, Snow Space Salzburg, Monte Popolo in Eben, Zauchensee and Altenmarkt-Radstadt, part of Ski Amadé, can be reached in about 10 minutes from the chalet. The ski bus stop is right outside the door, but keep in mind that it must be booked a day in advance through the local tourist office. Cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and après-ski are also excellent options in this region. The Pongau region in winter is a magical destination for ski fanatics and winter lovers. After a day of skiing, relax at the Erlebnis-Therme Amadé in Altenmarkt (approx. 6.5 km).

Also discover the summer charm of the Pongau region, centrally located in Salzburgerland. This region offers an oasis of green mountains and crystal-clear mountain lakes. Explore the many hiking trails, take a refreshing dip in one of the lakes and enjoy adventure activities such as mountain biking and rafting.

Sample local cuisine in the atmospheric villages of Eben, Flachau, Altenmarkt and Radstadt, located a short distance from the accommodation. Pongau in summer promises relaxation, breathtaking nature and unforgettable moments!
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot

It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
