Renovated summer home with terrace

High above the sloping grounds is a small, intimate cottage with a fantastic view of nature. The cottage is only 44 square meters, but is perfectly utilized for a small family. Inside, there's a living room and kitchen-dining room where you can cook delicious meals for your loved ones in the small, beautiful kitchen. There's also a dining area and direct access to the large terrace. Sleeping space is divided between a small bedroom, the loft and a daybed in the living room.



The fine, calm decor, brass fixtures and beautiful materials give the cottage a sense of well-being and luxury. Brew your coffee and stroll out onto the terrace and enjoy the quiet morning hours.



The cottage has a huge nature plot where children can spend hours exploring nature. The lesser-known Boeslum Beach offers clear and shallow water 1 kilometer from the cottage. To the right of the beach you'll find the most beautiful rocks and to the left you'll find the most beautiful sandy beach with shallow water. In the playground just 100 meters from the cottage you'll find a cable car, various swings and a football pitch.
