Ground Floor:

The living room has comfortable sofas, a 4K smart tv, a coffee table and french doors leading onto the decking area overlooking the south-facing garden. The kitchen comes fully equipped with an integrated oven and hob, a large American-style fridge freezer, an 8-seater solid oak dining table, as well as plenty of cutlery, crockery and pans. There is a separate utility room with a washer-dryer.

Complimentary tea and coffee with milk and biscuits are included with each stay.

There is high-speed WiFi included.

First Floor:

There are three large bedrooms with two Super King, one King size and one single bedroom, with a family bathroom, wardrobes, chests of drawers, and side tables with lamps.

Two of the bedrooms have beds which can be split into two singles if required.

Second Floor:

The spacious loft area also has a King size bed.

The bathroom has a suite with a bath and a powerful shower with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.
