Folding chairs are available in the garage and so is a set of bags. The family room has a brand new 85` smart TV.

The three bedrooms have queen size beds. The house also has two very nice tri-fold mattress and an Aerobed if needed for extra sleep options. The house has 4 tvs, one in the family room and one in each bedroom. There are laundry facilities in the lower level of the home. This house is a duplex, the only shared space is the laundry room area in the basement. You will also have access to a one car garage.

The property has a fenced in back yard with fire pit, swing set and 3 person hot tub. The guest may also use the 1 car detached garage. The lower level of the house has free laundry facilities.

Guest can call or text me. Guest can also contact me throughthe Air B and B app.

This house is in a quiet residential neighbor hood. No parties or loud music is allowed at this Air B and B. Keep music and noise at a respectable level. Quiet hours are 9pm to 9am.

There is key code entry to the front door. Central air and heat in the house. please limit 3 people at a time in the outside hot tub. The house has WI FI. The TV in living room has Disney Plus, and basic cable channels.
