Binder indicated cleaning supplies under the sink. None in Bathroom or kitchen. Chairs by creek filthy and we had nothing to clean them. Towels and bed linens clean, but area rugs are well worn.Railing on walkway to creek in bad repair. Fallen tree across walkway to creek. Bathroom and kitchen light fixtures...

The "lake view" and "on a lake" means there is a small shallow pond filled with algae on the edge of the back yard.
