The Space:
****As part of routine lake maintenance and shoreline repair efforts by Georgia Power, Lake Sinclair will be drawn down by approximately 5 feet starting October 25, 2025. The lake refill is anticipated to begin on December 1, 2025****
Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen ready for all your cooking adventures, whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a family dinner. There is a Keurig coffee maker available for guests! For grilling enthusiasts, there's a convenient charcoal Weber grill perfect for BBQs under the sun or stars (be sure to bring your own charcoal).
Step outside to unwind under the covered pavilion, where you can dine al fresco and soak in the peaceful surroundings. As the evening falls, gather around the fire pit for cozy nights filled with laughter and storytelling.
For water lovers, a private dock awaits your boats and jet skis, providing easy access to the water. The dock area boasts a water depth of 4-6 feet, ideal for swimming, fishing, or simply relaxing by the water’s edge. Additionally, guests can enjoy complimentary use of the kayak and floats, perfect for exploring the lake or just relaxing on the water.

We do recommend that you bring anything additional you may need for your stay.
This is a pet-friendly property. Pet fees are non-refundable and range from $150-$500 depending on the amount of pets, sizes, etc. Please reach out directly to Lakeside Property Management to confirm your furry friends before your arrival this also includes to confirm your service animals. Unauthorized pets will be billed back to the guests in the amount of $500. If your pet damages any items in the home you will be responsible for replacements and/or repairs. If any signs of pets using the bathroom inside the home, pet hair on bedding, or furniture guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee. We only allow house trained pets. Please be sure to bring your own kennels and pet beds. We love our furry friends, but it is our goal and responsibility to keep our properties clean and with guests using these best practices, we can avoid any additional fees. This allows us to continue to allow our pets to join the family fun.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire property including the shed on the left (in driveway). The shed has floats, life vest, and paddles inside. Guests will not have access to the locked closet upstairs.

This is a family-friendly safe neighborhood.
Getting Around:
Neck of the Woods is 20 minutes from GCSU & GMC. Milledgeville offers many grocery options: Kroger, Publix, & Walmart is a 15-minute drive. You will also find many dining options in Milledgeville. A few local favorites are: Taylor's Cove, Legends Seafood & Grill, Lake Oconee Bistro (Eatonton, GA).
The closest marina is Twin Bridges Marina. This property is not on the lower side of the bridge. Twin Bridges is a short 5-minute drive from the property. Twin Bridges offers gas, a small kitchen as well as fishing bait.
Interaction with Guests:
Guests will book with Kellie and her Team @Lakeside Property Management. LPM will be available to guests with any questions or needs prior, during and after their stay.
