Panorama Point is a gracious, large waterfront home with a 250 degree view up, down and across Eastsound, plus all the amenities that make for a great vacation rental home. It enjoys some of the best views on Orcas Island due to its location at water's edge. Beach access is easy with 450' of waterfront beauty.

The large living room, dining area and kitchen windows combine to bring these panoramic views indoors. With excellent waterfront access, this medium bank home allows one to walk on the rocks and pebble beaches at low tide. But the water-side deck is the place you will want to be. A new outdoor dining table and chairs is the perfect finish on this expansive deck.

Inside, in addition to the first floor great room, this home provides two downstairs bedrooms, each with outside direct deck access and comfortable queen size beds. These bedrooms share a downstairs hallway bathroom that also serves as the guest bathroom. The laundry room is also located on the first floor near the kitchen. Speaking of the kitchen, the owners have installed all new appliances in 2019 to maximize the amenities in this home.

Upstairs is the master bedroom with more views of Eastsound and a new king sized bed. There is also a small loft bed area open to the great room windows below, which provides a double bed and shares the upstairs hallway bathroom. There is also an entertainment room upstairs with an Internet connected Smart TV (so you stream from Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, etc.) .and comfortable lounging sofa, although with the views outside, it is unlikely anyone will be spending much time watching television.

Panorama Point provides excellent privacy from neighbors and such a gracious environment to enjoy wonderful Orcas Island.

PLEASE NOTE: This home is people friendly, and not pet friendly. As with many waterfront homes in the Islands, Panorama Point has medium bank waterfront and has drop offs between the house and the water. Parents of young children should closely supervise all children while in residence at this home.
