"When I arrive the Hilton at 10:30 at night, the reservation front desk can not find it. So I have to call Expedia customer service for waiting more than 30 min to get the reservation taking care of. It is very tired and worry reservation have to wait and maybe need to pay again. "

"Very standard 3 star hotel. Definitely heard traffic noise throughout the night, the shower head is very low, the mattresses weren’t horrible but almost felt like sleeping in a trampoline. All interactions with staff were excellent. The hotel is very well located and parking was ample but I never like paying for parking at a hotel - I’m sure it’s standard in the area but seems unnecessary. The hotel was fine for a night. Compared to other properties I’ve stayed in Bellevue, I probably...
