"The room was not especially clean (around faucets, sink, shower, couch, floors). The light on the bathroom (over the mirror and sink) was not properly secured to the wall. The couch was covered with stains. The shower floor was slimey feeling. They apparently allow dogs and we had a neighbor who had one who we heard barking off and on. One of the windows was completely missing the curtains (yet had a rod)."

"Good news, they welcome pets and only charge $20 per. Bad news, the room REEKED of cat urine. I wouldn’t think of sitting on the sofa. It did not look clean and probably was the source of the smell.. The bed was clean and comfortable, and overall the room was in pretty good shape. But they definitely need to do something about the cat odor."

"Hotel itself is fine - typical Hampton Inn. In fact I’d just said to my wife “I’ve never had a bad experience at a Hampton.” Spoke too soon. I prepaid for a night through Expedia for a young colleague of mine who does. Or have a credit card. He was supposed to arrive at 5pm. His flight from Philadelphia was cancelled and he had to rent a car and drive 5 hours to Syracuse. That night before I went to sleep I went to the front desk and explained the situation. "My sister and I shared a room on the quiet side of the building while my parents had the accessible room I booked for them. Both were comfortable. We appreciated the breakfast with fresh fruit, egg sandwiches, bagels, muffins, and waffles. The lobby and breakfast area is spacious and seating was never an issue. "If you want a quiet stay, this isn’t the place to go. People talking loud at midnight, two and four in the morning. We did call the front desk, but they enforced nothing. Had a bad experience 2 weeks ago with them giving someone keys to our room at two in the morning. They did take care of that so we decided to try again. Barely any sleep 2 of the 3 nights we were there. I guess you get what you pay for. We won’t be staying there again!"
