"We didn't stay. Was fine with what looked like construction when we walked in but when we got to our room it was dirty- like it wasnt cleaned before we got there. There was a weird stain on the shower mat, the beds were mussed, there was a random key card left on the vanity and an empty toilet paper roll on the bathroom floor. "We asked for towels and trash bags and never received them. I had to go back down the next morning to get them from someone at the front desk. We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights and not 1 time did someone come and clean our room. We were gone everyday of our stay doing things. This is absolutely absurd. "We came here becauae the first hotel we checked into was gross and we weren't staying. The front desk staff was wonderful and kind. The room was so nice. Bathroom was spacious, beds were very comfortable, everything was nice and clean. Very glad we made the switch!"
