SAQ Berry picking. Horseback riding. Trails of the Missisquoi North nearby. Relaxation at the Eastman Spa 5 minutes by car. La Marjolaine Summer Theatre.

It is also in the heart of the Eastern Townships, 10 minutes from Mont-Orford (hiking, swimming at Lake Stukely), 15 minutes from downtown Magog, a resort town and 30 minutes from the Granby Zoo.

1H15 FROM MONTREAL: This haven of peace is also located very close to the exit of Highway 10, which makes it easy to make excursions to the nearest major cities: Montreal (1h15) and Sherbrooke (35 minutes). Several villages are also worth visiting in the area, including North Hatley, Kwolton, etc. all of which are about 30 minutes away by car.

PERFECTLY EQUIPPED 3 BEDROOM HOUSE: The creek that borders one side of the 22,000 square foot semi-wooded lot gives a certain charm to the place. Containing 3 closed bedrooms (1 queen bed, 1 double bed and 2 single bed), this house can accommodate 5 people; ideal for a couple with children. Bed linen is provided.

The kitchen and dining room are open. The bedrooms are upstairs and well insulated from the common room.

The kitchen is perfectly equipped. Rags, dish soap and dish towels are provided.

There are 2 full bathrooms (hair dryer and bath towels included).

Non-smoking and no pet-free house.

EXCLUSIONS: Phone. A minimum of toilet paper rolls and tissue boxes are provided. Please bring some as needed. The house is air-conditioned upstairs.

The house is located on a quiet cul de sac street in the village.

There are several good restaurants in Eastman. There are a variety of activities to do in the surrounding area for all types of travellers, for young children, couples and families with older children.

Couples: Bike and Fitness Tours, Spa Eastman (Relais-santé), restaurants, performance halls, sports activities, Magog, art gallery, crafts, tourist route, shopping, etc.

Family: Lac d'Argent (swimming, fishing, water sports), hiking at Mont-Orford or at the SÉPAQ, visit of Montreal, Granby Zoo, Bromont water slide, Museum of Nature and Science in Sherbrooke, berry picking, Stables of stagecoaches, etc.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A deposit of 500$ is due and payable to the lessor to obtain the keys on the day of the rental. The deposit will be returned after the inspection of the chalet within 14 days of departure.

Upon departure, tenants are required to leave the premises in the same conditions as on arrival.
