"We had a wonderful stay at Bury Villa in Gosport! The house looked even grander in person than in the pictures, and there were some lovely touches on check in that really showed care - dining table already laid out beautifully, folded towels on the beds like swans, that sort of thing! Everyone in our group slept very well and had no complaints about anything. "We were excited for our stay as working mums some precious time for R&R was much anticipated. The listing on Arbo looked great … nice setting & a hot tub over looking fields was the tranquil getaway we had in mind. However When we arrived we found the hot tun had not been cleaned (like & mud & hair). Also the temperature was.not hot.The accommodation wa dirty.. cups that were dirty with lisp it marked, shower not cleaned properly & bin dirty too. Worktops also dirty. "Overall exactly as we expected facilities were good and easy to use, stunning views, one thing we did all say was there was no hand soap for the bathrooms which we would normally expect, but a thoroughly good stay "
