"Hotel reformado, bem localizado, cercado de restaurantes mas reina pela falta de opções para quem vai para Willoughby ou Mentor. Carece de um bom gerenciamento e de controle sobre a limpeza e manutenção. Tapetes dos corredores imundos. A equipe de limpeza faz o quarto na hora que eles podem ou querem. Se você não sair antes do meio dia arrisca de ficar com o quarto desarrumado. Ficamos dois dias seguidos sem limpeza. Já no primeiro dia encontramos a roupa de cama suja, já
usada. Um absurdo....

No issues other than the toilet being loose, reported to the staff and they advised they would have it fixed, other than hearing a couple dogs bark here and there it was quiet.
