"The flat you advertise on the website looks absolutely nothing like the property we stayed in. The bin in the kitchen/living area didnt have a lid so the smell of what was in the bin filled the living area. There was no window in the living/kitchen area only the light coming in the glass front door. There was no plug in the sink in the bathroom and the toilet seat was loose, the bathroom door didn't close."

"Really clear communication, the apartment was spotless and well equipped. The location was perfect for visiting Bath city centre. No hesitation to recommend this accommodation to others."

"The road outside is a little noisy but the bed is incredibly comfortable. Kitchen facilities are excellent and room has WiFi and Sky TV (although the TV can't be easily seen from the bed). Shower was good - certainly hot enough, and toiletries provided were a nice touch. "
