"I recently booked a room at this hotel as it was reasonably priced compared to the alternatives. We ended up checking in and immediately checking out and rebooking at another hotel which was amazing, The Charm on Main in Brewster. The motel lobby was a bit dingy, cluttered, and dark. Very unwelcoming and rather unprofessional. While room was ok, it felt a bit basic and cheap. Ours had a few areas where paint was chipping off the wall. "Everything about this stay was perfect ! We arrived early and able to check into our room an hour early ! The staff were very helpful and friendly and answered all of our questions. The room itself was very clean and well maintained. They had free rental bikes that were in great shape and were very helpful for getting to the beaches without paying any fees !! Overall a great experience, would highly recommend for a nice get away in the cape."

"For the price not worth , the area is not good for eat , everything is expensive around and also you can not find everything, for example if you want to go to famous food chains like mc donalds , Burguer king , Walmart etc , you will have to go so far for find it , the traffic in the area is a nightmare . The breakfast is not good , actually they can not call it breakfast. The towels is old . "

"I stayed 7 nights. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Pool was beautifully maintained. Parking was great. Ice Cream shop on site and free coffee, tea, hot chocolate in office. Quiet setting but easily accessible to restaurants, stores, shops, churches, etc. Only negatives: room had a strong deodorizer smell and there was no coffeemaker or microwave in room. "Great service from the reception staff, very helpful and cheerful. Rooms pretty big but not your usual sleek chain hotel look or feel, they were a bit clunky and appliances in need of update. Its more of motel feel but with a pool and good service. Good location close to a nice beach. Felt it was a bit pricey for what it was but cape cod isn’t cheap foe hotels"

"Very nice property with expansive landscaping. While not walkable, it’s a 3 minute drive to the center of Harwich Port. Plenty shops and restaurants in the area. Beach is 1/2 mile walk."
