"It was super clean."

"Our room was exceptional! Like a studio apartment with our own little patio/yard right outside the sliding glass doors. Comfortable queen beds, full size fridge in kitchen with microwave, coffee maker with supplied coffee, toaster, sink and stove! AC worked great! Ample parking. Some rooms have ocean views. Built-in pool and adjacent hot tub inside a pavilion! Staff were friendly and helpful! Free shuttle to Provincetown! Just loved our stay!"

"Well situated near the main areas. The bed was extremely comfortable for a good night sleep after a long day at the beach. However, it is a bit outdated. Everything worked fine but it’s definitely a classic old school motel vibe so just expect it! Overall would stay again, the staff was helpful and the place was cozy."

"The hotel was clean and close to a small beach. Pat the owner was friendly and helpful. Anita our housekeeper was sweet. She left some balloons and a paper to congratulate my granddaughter .on her high school graduation. The lodge is charming. We will definitely come back. The location is great."

"I arrived at the property and was immediately disappointed. I didn't check -in. No elevator to the 2nd floor. I had several bags. The property looked run down. I was changing property due to a negative experience with another hotel. Sooooo disappointing because you cannot get a refund through Expedia. I will no longer use Expedia and other on-line booking outlets. Just cannot rely on the hotel ratings."

"Updated, spacious, easily accessed. Has a pool. Adequate parking. The continental breakfast ran out of eggs. The towels are thin and outdated. Otherwise all else was comfortable and good. "

"Upon arriving, we were greeted kindly by kind gentleman of the staff who told us how they newly renovated the property over the winter and opened in May. He escorted us to our room and showed us how to key into the room with our unique door code; no room keys to lose here. The room was clean and comfortable. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in the shower. Makeup wipes by the sink. Coffee maker on the desk. Water in the fridge and a microwave. Something they could add is a bag rack or...

"The property was clean and the woman who checked us in was fantastic. She was kind and helpful. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The free breakfast on the other hand was awful. Tried to eat it both mornings and couldn't. Eggs were clearly powdered and were flavorless. The potatoes were barely cooked and hard. Sausage was barely warm. Coffee was ok. With that in mind, I would still stay again knowing I was going out for breakfast every morning!"

"Great location, close to beaches, restaurants. Continental breakfast, very convenient. Pool area looked welcoming, we did not have a chance to utilize the pool, but family friendly!"
