Hop on your bicycle and in three minutes you will be at the Cape Cod Rail Trail, where you can enjoy a the remarkably picturesque scenery and experience many of the wooded forests, lakes and quiet kettle ponds, salt marshes, bogs, winding creeks, and sandy beaches that the Lower Cape has to offer. First Encounter beach is a just a few minutes drive from the home, as well as Herring Pond and Boat Meadow. Our property provides the level privacy that you and your family would like, while being conveniently close to all the attractions that you want to see. Walk through the door and enter our wonderful three-season sunroom, which connects to the newly-updated deck and outdoor shower. You will love the backyard setting, behind mature trees offering a private yard with a fire pit. Inside, you will find an updated kitchen, spacious dining area, and living room with a gas fireplace, flat screen TV, and comfortable couch seating. The basement features a ping pong table, mini air hockey, and lounge area with TV entertainment. There are three bedrooms, sleeping a total of ten guests, as well as two full bathrooms. Other amenities include smart TV, WiFi, A/C, a washer/dryer, and sheets and towels provided at no extra cost. Our home is also dog friendly, so don’t forget to bring your furry friend along too!
