Nice waterfront cottage
This property had an east facing deck overlooking the water with many eastern windows. It's a cozy place for a couple; a gas fireplace adds warmth and atmosphere. The kitchen is quite complete (no dishwasher), and it opens onto the deck. Very convenient right off of Rt 6, but we were far enough away that we didn't notice the traffic.

Very relaxing.would suggest reviewing your info. Trash bins were not outside property. Would suggest a new dish drainer, measuring cup and a regular spatula. The dish drainer was rusty, no measuring cup for cooking and the only spatula was designed for the grill so it was awkward for kitchen use. Would recommend the faci

Adorable cottage on the water!
This place was an adorable little cottage right on the water that provided us with what we needed for an impromptu weekend away. The agency was very responsive and we had no complaints about our stay.

Quaint Cape Cottage
This was our second stay on the property--we rented another cottage here two years ago. Bell Bouy is right on the Salt Pond. Quaint cottage...just the right size for the three of us and our dog. Great views and nice quiet area. Fenced in area for the dog to do their duty. We have already recommended this property to friends and hope to be back!

Wonderful waterfront deck
The best thing about this cottage is its deck right next to the water. The bird watching is incredible. The cottage is old and the floors are uneven, but it was immaculately clean and everything worked. The listing did not indicate that the cottage is a tri-level with a TINY bathroom with only a toilet and sink on the main floor and the shower off the kitchen on the lower level. The walkway from the parking area to the cottage needs ground level lighting to help negotiate the flagstone walkway at night. The complex is right on US 6, which makes getting in and out difficult during high traffic times. Widening the entrance and clearing vegetation to improve views of oncoming traffic from the west would help.

Overall good stay, with a great view
The property is great if you enjoy rustic accommodations. The view is the property's best feature. The property over all is well maintained. The furnishings are dated and well used. Which was disappointing as it really did detract from the experience. The management company was very attentive and quickly responded to any issues.

Great Place!

Great Location
The cottage was clean, cozy and in a fantastic location,, but unfortunately our trip was cut short by the nor’easter that barreled through. The rental management team was excellent in responding to our questions and assuring our safety in unforeseen weather, and were both accommodating & understanding in our need to move to a safer location. Would love to go back in better weather!

Lovely in all ways.
Cottige on a larger compound, several collages w lovely water views, dock easy access to waterfront. Not too near the road. would work for family occasions, or single getaways Lovely floors wide pine flanks. Nice new fit and finish.

Beautiful views
Everything was just as it appeared in the photos and the communication with the property manager was excellent. It was a huge help to have linens here as well. The house is close to part of the Orleans commercial area (though it’s not very walkable). The house is small but had everything we needed. It was a bit tricky with a baby at times because of the split-level layout, but we managed with some rented baby gear. We really enjoyed being so close to the water. The mattresses and sofa are a bit old and creaky, but we were so tired that it didn’t really matter.

Cozy and Calming
We really enjoyed our time at this property. The cottage was very clean and cozy. Having the deck right on the water was so relaxing, making it tough at times to pull yourself away to go out and do excursions. We would certainly visit again in future.

Beautiful view!
We enjoyed our time at this cute house! The deck is amazing and while the house is small, it has everything you need. Our only wish is that it was easier to walk nearby, Rte 6 is too busy to cross safely. However, the location is very convenient and the view of the cove can’t be beat.

great location
Couldn't ask for a better location. Getting out of drive way was a little difficult on to rt.6. Could have been a little clearer that only bedrooms had AC. in our unit. Otherwise everything was great.

Early Spring Escape
Our little cottage right on the water was the perfect first getaway since Covid. We could sit on the deck and watch the tides and birds or curl up by the gas fireplace and read. The kitchen was perfectly adequate for breakfast, lunch and serving up takeout dinners. The only draw back was other than the generous yard, there was no place to walk the dog, as we were right on Rt. 6. But the location is perfect for accessing dozens of lovely conservation areas for walking.

Wonderful!!!
The little house was charming, and the views were spectacular! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was enhanced by our interaction with Dennis, our host. He was entirely hospital and I left wishing we were friends. The place was immaculate. It was charming and relaxing. I would recommend it to everyone! I’m looking forward to returning the next time I come to the Cape.

So close to the water!
Owner was great to talk to when we bumped into him, he had lots of tips and great stories about the area. Loved having a gas fireplace to relax. More stairs than I would prefer as I had recently sprained my knee. So we slept in the guest bedroom to save a few stairs overnight. Dogs loved being loose on the gated deck with us. A great location, we took road trips in both directions to visit other parts of the Cape. Plan to go back again.

Beautiful home on the water
We are not from the area nor very familiar with Cape Cod and were looking for a quiet retreat on the water. As beachhouses are hard to comr by, we struck gold with this home on an inlet. It is part of a few rental homes but all are very spaced out. Our particular rental had an amazing waterfront deck, where we spent a majority of our time. Our only recommendation to the property owner would be to install a dehumidifier, as the days it was raining it was nearly impossible to dry our bath towels, bathing suits, etc. With regards to check in and out, it is all remote and easily noted in the instructions. Even more importantly, despite a rental company (del mar) managing this property, I was always able to reach someone when needed. We had quite an emergency while there and had to put our dog down, and the rental company was quick to respond. They went above and beyond to ensure we were ok which was very appreciated in such a horrible time. So we recommended this house both from what you sent and also from who you are renting from!

Relaxing and cozy cottage!
My husband and I stayed here with our two young kids (ages 6 and 8). The place is small, but it was enough room for us. The house provides clean sheets and towels, plus some other amenities that were helpful - sponge, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper...The place was nice and clean and the view was amazing! We took the kayaks out one day. Dennis the owner was around on the property during the week, and he was very friendly and helpful with recommendations for us. Good location and access to beaches on both sides of the Cape. Great find!

Great stay in a wonderful location!
This is a great property right in the middle of Cape Cod. Wonderful view with water access and a comfortable interior. Beautiful sunrise views and a deck overlooking the water. Lots to do in the area and a reasonable distance to all other points on the Cape. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a nice place to stay. Great location near shopping and restaurants. Property owners and managers very friendly and accessible. Nice game room with PS4 and air hockey.

Cute and Cozy
Bell Buoy was a great home base for my family’s Cape vacation. This waterfront property’s location in Eastham is close to local amenities and a good starting point for attractions up and down the Cape. Very clean and very responsive management team. Kayaks on the property are a plus (we took a lovely paddle up to the Fort Hill area). Coast Guard and Nauset Beaches are close ocean side options. First Encounter Beach for sunsets was a nightly treat. The split level layout was a bit unconventional (and challenged) my parents’ limited mobility, but very worth the effort of the somewhat steep stairs to access the lovely deck that doubles the living space. Overall, a lovely rental experience.

Restful and quiet
We were not aware of the number of stairs. Upon arrival storm door to the deck was broken and could not be closed. This was reported but not repaired during our stay. I was told that cleaning fee may be waived upon checkout. Staff at Del Mar were very courteous.

peaceful, compact getaway on the Cape
easy instructions to get to the property and regular updates from the owners made it easy to find and get in. Perfect location for seeing Cape Cod, beautiful views and parking. Property is compact, but we had enough room, 2 adults, 2 teenagers and a small dog!! The whole house was clean with plenty of towels, bedding and a fully stocked kitchen (plates/utensils/pots and pans etc) Would definitely stay again, thank you.

Property was ok. Set up with a lot of up and down stairs.
We have been to the Cape at this time of the year before so we know the weather is iffy. Had some good days. The location is very good for. And you can get around the upper cape easily.

Wonderful Clean Cottage
My wife and I loved the location and layout of the cottage. The communication was superb, the cottage was clean and the bed was very comfy. Would definitely recommend if you’re in the area.
