"Bout 10:30pm, Front desk clerk was aloof, did not great me n spoke very little. He seemed moody. We got off to a great start. He did not programmed the card key correctly. I had to comeback from the 2nd floor to have it re-keyed n again. The front desk was annoyed, eventhough he didn't do his job. Once i got into the room,it reeked of cigarette smoke n there r no blankets. I went back n the front desk and again. The front desk clerk wasn't having it. "The staff is great and the hotel is very clean. They have towels in the pool area free to use and is excellent to use tables and chairs and 4 hot tubs also have an kiddie pool. Pool is inclosed. Ice machine on both floors. Vending machines have a nice selection of treats. They had fresh cookies in the lobby."
