"The property wasnt very clean, they are doing renovations at the property,regardless if it is open for business then it should be clean. I had to go to the front desk to get linens for the bed as it was not made. There was no cover on the bathroom exhaust fan & paint on ths bathroom fixtures. The were no towels or a bath mat for the jetted tub. The staff was polite but not very knowledgeable on the property. Maybe once the renovation is completed it wull be different. "

"The whole pool area was completely out of order!….. There was no pool or hot tub, they both needed to have maintenance done!…. But when I booked and paid for my room online they did not make mention anywhere online that their pool area was going to be closed and outta order due to needing maintenance done….
