"The apartment wasn’t properly cleaned, with dirty carpets, stains on the lounge, mould and old soap in the bathroom, and rubbish/stuff under the couch. Both bathroom doors didn’t lock, a window latch was broken, the dryer didn’t work, requested drying rack never got a response. No cups or mugs in the apartment. We requested a partial refund due to the issues, but this was declined. Wouldn’t stay here again."

"While the hotel was fine overall, it was quite run-down and in need of some maintenance and updating. There was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom drains, and the rooms were very small, with noticeable dust on the furniture and tables.
The pool area was particularly disappointing and is definitely in need of a revamp. There was visible mould around the area, and the pool chairs were worn, with rips in the fabric.

"The studio apartment itself was great - very spacious, very well-equipped and exceptionally clean. The king sized bed was very comfortable. The check in process was easy and straightforward. The location is good, being very close to Woolloongaba restaurants/eateries and an easy 18 minute walk to South Bank. Buses also run continuously to South Bank from the Mater Bus Station. The only negative thing I should mention, is that it is very noisy with constant traffic noise, sirens and helicopters,...

"The room was clean and really good for the couple of days stay my only concern was some of the other people staying.
They were really loud during a late check in and with the walls not being too thick you could hear everything, yes everything!!"
