"The property really couldn’t have been any better for our weekend celebrating my sister’s hen party. The location was perfect - central, seconds from the sea and near to all of our planned activities. The communal areas were fantastic, especially the large dining area. Bedrooms were comfortable and clean. Excellent communication with the host too, thank you!"

"This is right in the heart of the lanes so really close to shops, cafes and restaurants but not noisy at all and felt very safe. House was quite small but enough room and really well equipped and decoration was lovely."

"Exactly like pictures and description, was able to fit 8 for a Hen Do, perfect location for beach and town etc. Hosts were really good during the welcome making sure we knew where everything was/ where to go if we needed anything.Only downside is parking but not unexpected due to how central it is. I'd stay here again if I ever planned another group trip to Brighton, an easy choice tbh"

"We loved the cottage. It's well decorated and equipped, clean and surprisingly spacious. The location is wonderful, 10 mins to the sea and the station and lots of great North Laine shops, cafes and pubs in very short walking distance. Special shout out for the Basketmakers pub. The only point worth mentioning is the stairs, they are very steep and have a narrow tread - not ideal for anyone with mobility challenges. It was perfect for us and we will definitely stay again when we are in town."
