"Location is perfect for the beach and walking distance to restaurants. Parking is horendous. The lift didn't work when we visited, which was not ideal for 4 people with health and mobility issues, we were on the 2nd floor. The staires are quite rickety and winding.
There wasn't air conditioning, but they did provide a fan. Our toilet seat was broken, we did report it, but was told it was a bank holiday weekend so nothing could be done.
The staff we spoke to were lovely.

"I booked this B&B near the sea front for my elderly parents. They were given a fabulously spacious room, they thoroughly enjoyed their stay there. The breakfasts were very good and My father said it was one of the best hotel rooms he had ever stayed in. The staff were friendly and helpful in all my dealings with them.
