This home from home interior designed apartment is very spacious with open plan living . The master bedroom has amazing sea views and access to a long terrace that also runs through to the lounge area this would be a perfect spot to enjoy al-fresco dining with gorgeous views of the beach and sea.
Additionally you can sit back and soak up the views from the open plan living area.
There is WiFi, flat screen tv with Netflix plenty of DVDs books, and all other amenities that you would expect.

There is additional storage in the hallway for your use and we have fold away beach chairs for you to take down to the beach.
The modern kitchen is fully fitted with all the essentials you will need for an easy holiday and has a spacious cooking area.
Dining area which can seat 2-6 guests comfortably, and is great for entertaining as couples or families.

The apartment is a 5 min walk to the marina which has a number of great restaurants and bars. Close to the marina is a large shopping complex, supermarkets and such like.
Beachy head is 15 mins away and Brighton and Hastings are 30 mins drive. Pevensey bay is a 5 min drive and is stepped in history. This is where William the Conqueror landed in 1066.
Pevensey castle Is down the road.
Eastbourne pier is 10 mins away.
So many activities to do here in Eastbourne, water sports, boat trips, restaurants and cafes in the marina, or just lay back and relax in this beautiful apartment with amazing views that will keep you mesmerised.

the master bedroom has a a lovely walk in shower en suite, and a balcony overlooking the beach and sea. gorgeous views to wake up too. and plantation shutters for that beach feel, and privacy if needed. has a spacious double bed and storage.

bedroom two has a large ensuite bathroom which can also be accessed from the hallway. the bedroom has two single beds that can be converted into a zip and link king size if needed and has a large built in closet and a tall boy which also houses a great vanity mirror. Again plantation shutters for that beach vibe and privacy if needed. The room also has a juliette balcony.
The apartment also has a double sofa bed for extra guests.
We supply fresh bed linen, towels and organic toiletries,
Tea, coffee, sugar and milk for when you arrive.

The apartment is set up for four guests we can accommodate 6 guests when using the sofa bed but this will incur an extra cost.
