"A lovely relaxing weekend by the sea. We love the Beach House in Pevensey Bay; this was the second time we have stayed and just as perfect as the first time. The house is clean, lovely comfy beds and well designed through out. Kitchen is well equipped for relaxed cooking, whilst chatting to friends enjoying a drink in the comfy sofa and chairs. "A really fantastic place to stay. Great location being so close to the train station, whilst also being down a quiet pedestrian lane (so no noise at night). The 4 double beds (as well as the two sofa beds in the living room) mean you can get 8 adults staying at once. "Lovely cottage on beautiful farm in idyllic countryside. Very welcoming host, very comfortable and well equipped accommodation; incredibly quiet at night; walking trails galore, seaside close by, nearby ‘farm store’ for provisioning. Highly recommend!"

"A group of 15 of us stayed at the property for the hen do and everyone raved about the house. The location was so perfect with no need to get a taxi at all over the weekend. The use of the key pad to get in meant there was no faffing with who had the key which was perfect for a large group. There was plenty of rooms unlike many others in the local area where there would be large numbers in one room so everyone had a good sleep regardless of what time they got in! - the lounge fitting us all in...

"We stayed for 3 days after our 14-night cruise and were able to wash and dry all our clothes. The washing machine was very handy. The provided clothes hanger had seen better days but we made it work. The location was fabulous and close to heaps of restaurants and pubs. We caught the local bus to Lewes for fun and had a great day. The apartment is quiet and comfortable. We would recommend to stay here. "
