"We arrived on a hot day -- the windows in the loft where my grandson stayed wouldn't open so the heat was unbearable, only 2 out of 3 fans worked, the porch was beaten up, torn seat covers, linoleum floor in bath was ripped and I tripped on it almost landing in the shower, torn bedskirt, no TV remote. We contacted host immediately and checked out the next morning. We did receive partial refund from host."

"This was the perfect spot for a 3 day ski trip to Vail. The condo is well organized, clean and had everything we needed. Everything looked new. "We enjoyed our stay at the property and would stay again. It is in a great location with a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the Peak 9 lift. Parking is really easy in an underground structure. The gym was nice as were the hot tubs. Charter sports is located on the property but Christy’s is a 3 mins walk away as well. Ski and snowboard gear must be checked into the Charter Ski Valet regardless of where you rent from or even if you own your own skis. The front desk staff was excellent. The...

"O apartamento é perto do Lift! Não chega a ser um ski in/ski out, mas é bem próximo! A cozinha é completíssima! O chão da sala é aquecido, mas os dos banheiros, não. A colchão era extremamente mole, o que nos rendeu boas dores nas costas! O estacionamento coberto foi fundamental nos dias de neve! Ninguém merece ter que tirar neve de cima do carro antes de sair! A jacuzi estava na temperatura ideal! Os atendentes foram sempre muito simpáticos!"

"They let me reserve the room at 10pm, then after the payment went through they sent me a message stating check is between 4-7pm if you want to check in later you have to give the 72hr notice and there os NO front desk and no one will be back in office til 9am the next day!
