Petit bémol la propreté qui n'est pas parfaite, de la poussière sur les meubles du salon au rez de chaussée, l'état un peu dégradé de la fenêtre de la salle de bain, le porte d'accès à la terrasse de la chambre difficile à ouvrir et des joints de carrelage dans la salle de bain qui mériteraient d'être refaits. Mais globalement l'ensemble est agréable."
