THE SPACE

Somerset Haus is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath mid-century modern Poconos retreat designed for cozy weekends, family trips and getaways with friends. With multiple indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, there’s room to spend time together—and room to spread out.

Soak year-round in your private indoor hot tub, tucked into its own dedicated spa room and accessible from both the first-floor primary bedroom and enclosed sunroom.

★ MOVIE + GAMING LOUNGE
Settle into the lounge for movie night, stream your favorites on the 65" Smart TV, play board games, or challenge each other on the multi-game table with pool, ping pong, foosball and more. A separate game table seats 4.

★ LIVING ROOM
Relax by the propane fireplace, watch the 65" Smart TV, or make a drink at the built-in bar. The spacious living room gives everyone a comfortable place to gather after a day exploring the Poconos.

★ KITCHEN + COFFEE BAR
The kitchen has plenty of room for preparing meals at home, plus a dedicated coffee bar for slow Poconos mornings.

★ SUNROOM
The enclosed sunroom offers a quieter place to relax surrounded by views of the wooded setting and provides direct access to the hot tub room.

Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire home, hot tub room, sunroom, decks and outdoor areas during their stay, with the exception of one locked storage shed reserved for owner use.

Self check-in is available via smart lock/keyless entry.

Free on-site parking is available for up to 4 vehicles.

Somerset Haus is located within a private gated community. All guests must complete the required HOA registration prior to arrival. Detailed arrival instructions and gate/access information will be provided before check-in.

Other things to note
PLEASE NOTE BEFORE BOOKING

• Somerset Haus is located in a private, gated residential community with a strictly enforced 25 mph speed limit and quiet hours beginning at 10 PM.
• HOA guest registration is required prior to arrival.
• Dogs are welcome with a $50 fee per dog, maximum 2. Due to the rocky mountain terrain, dogs should use the community walking areas/trails or designated dog park areas for bathroom breaks. Pet waste must always be picked up and disposed of properly.
• Exterior security cameras monitor the front entry, driveway and rear exterior area. There are no indoor cameras.
• Guests are required to complete a short-term rental agreement prior to arrival.
