Important Notes

The home is located inside the gated Penn Estates community. About 10 days before arrival, guests complete a quick HOA registration form for gate access.

• Community speed limit is 25 MPH
• No smoking inside or on the property
• No parties or unregistered guests
• Quiet hours after 10 PM
• No cameras inside or outside the property

Pet Policy

Up to 3 dogs welcome with a flat $150 pet fee per stay. Pets must be house-trained.

Hot Tub Rules

Please cover the hot tub after each use. No soaps, bubbles, or glass near the hot tub. Use at your own risk.
