• No unregistered guests – $50 per person, per night
• Checkout is at 10:00 AM sharp – $100 late checkout fee for every 15 minutes
• Guest registration must be submitted on time – $75 late fee
• Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM – please be respectful
• Children must be supervised at all times in the hot tub, at the lake, and on shared community grounds (e.g., pool, beach, basketball court)
• Fees apply for any damaged, lost, or stolen property
• Lost Amenity Access Cards incur a $200 replacement fee per card
