☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆
In this home, you'll find 5 bedrooms. The master has a king bed, smart TV, private balcony, and ensuite bathroom. Down the hall are two more bedrooms; one with a king bed, and another with a twin-over-full bunk bed. These other two bedrooms share one full hallway bathroom.

The last two bedrooms are downstairs, each with their own bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed + a seating area, while the other has another twin-over-full bunk, with an attached bathroom.

Plenty of bathrooms to go around! Upstairs, the master bathroom has one sink, toilet, and separate walk-in shower & soaking tub. The other upstairs bathroom has one sink, toilet, and shower/tub combo.

Downstairs, the bathroom attached to the first bedroom has two sinks, a toilet, and a luxurious walk-in shower with FOUR rainfall shower heads. The other downstairs bathroom has a sink, toilet, and shower/tub combo.

The kitchen is modern, luxurious, and opens up to the rest of the main living space. With new stainless steel appliances, a coffee station (including a Keurig & coffee pods), and four countertop seats, it's fit to cook endless meals for your family and friends as they entertain themselves throughout the rest of the house!

Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining room, with a formal dining table that can accommodate 8 comfortable (with room on either end to bring another chair over to fit 10). The dining room has direct access to the incredible backyard!

One of the best backyards in ALL of the Poconos! First of all, fully fenced (so that this space can be comfortable enjoyed by your pets). As you walk out onto the back deck, you'll see a grill, fire pit, comfy seating, and a heated pool, all elevated above the ground with gorgeous views of the surrounding Poconos woodlands!

As you step off the deck and into the rest of the yard, you'll find a wood burning fire pit, hot tub, outdoor bowling, swing set, giant Connect 4, corn hole, horse shoe toss, and a play set - perfect for the kids! There is endless fun that can be had in this amazing space. The Poconos is all about outdoors adventure, but you may never want to leave the peaceful resort in this backyard when you choose to stay here!

Other things to note
Pool heating fee: $100 per reservation, set to 85F (The pool is only available from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend)

Pet Fee: $50 per pet per night, maximum of 4 pets (vaccination records required).

This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.

Our home is situated within a gated community, and it is required for all guests to complete the Guest Registration and Lease Form. It’s a standard procedure aimed at enhancing safety for all residents and guests. Additionally, the HOA strictly enforces a 4-car limit per reservation, and once the reservation has started, cars cannot be switched, so please plan accordingly.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.
