These 5 bedrooms in this home are truly designed for style & comfort, each with their own smart TV! There are 3 bedrooms on the main level. The master bedroom has a king bed, seating area, and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin-over-twin bunk beds (4 twin beds total) — each bunk has a 150-pound weight limit. The third bedroom has a king bed.
Downstairs, the fourth & fifth bedrooms have 1 king bed in each.

There are 3 full, modern bathrooms throughout this home. On the main floor, the master ensuite bathroom has a sink, toilet, walk-in shower, and soaking tub. Right down the hall, the second bathroom has a sink, toilet, and shower/tub combo. Downstairs, the third bathroom has a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower only.
☆☆ KITCHEN & DINING ☆☆
The new, modern kitchen is located right off of the main living areas, and is loaded with all you'll need during your stay (including a coffee maker & coffee pods).
The dining room is right next to the kitchen, with enough seating to comfortably fit 8 more people (+ 4 countertop seats & outdoor dining). This space is truly sleek & stylish!

In the living room, you’ll be greeted with tall vaulted ceilings, WALLS of windows, skylights, lots of comfy seating & a big smart TV. This is the perfect spot to gather with your friends and family!

The main game room space is located on the lower level, filled with a pool table/ping pong table combo, shuffleboard, air hockey, foosball, arcade games, Giant Connect 4, a big smart TV, and lots of seating throughout. Such a fun space to provide you with all the entertainment you need during your stay!
As you enter the loft, you will find a wonderful surprise of a truly unique poker room, filled with a poker table & a wall of 4 TVs, perfect for watching all of your favorite sports at once!

Right next to the game room is your very own, private movie theater! With a huge sectional couch and a HUGE projector screen, this is a DREAM spot to host your movie nights with your friends and family!

This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.
Our home is situated within a gated community, and it is required for all guests to complete the Guest Registration and Lease Form. It’s a standard procedure aimed at enhancing safety for all residents and guests. Additionally, the HOA strictly enforces a 4-car limit per reservation, and once the reservation has started, cars cannot be switched, so please plan accordingly.
Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.
