With 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, Minhaus was thoughtfully designed for families and groups who want space to spread out while still enjoying time together.

Enjoy a true movie-night experience in the dedicated movie room featuring a large screen, surround sound system, comfortable seating, and a DVD collection. It's the perfect place for family movie nights, rainy afternoons, or winding down after a day on the slopes.

The backyard is where many of our guests spend most of their time.

During the summer, enjoy the private pool while the kids play and adults relax poolside. In the evenings, gather around the fire pit for s'mores and conversation before soaking in the hot tub beneath the stars.

For year-round relaxation, enjoy the private barrel sauna after a day of hiking, skiing, or exploring the Pocono Mountains.

Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $75 per night and maintains water Private seasonal pool available during pool season. Optional pool heat is available for $75/night for the full stay with 24–48 hours’ notice. Pool heat is weather-dependent and typically targets approximately 82–84°F.

We welcome up to two well-behaved dogs.

• $50 pet fee per pet per stay
• Proof of current vaccinations required by the community
• Please add pets to your reservation when booking

★ IMPORTANT NOTES ★

• Located within a gated community
• Guest registration required prior to arrival
• Maximum of 5 vehicles permitted by HOA (4 recommended for comfort)
• Pool is seasonal and typically opens Memorial Day weekend
• Exterior security cameras monitor the front entrance and backyard for safety
• No smoking or vaping
• No parties or events
• Quiet hours begin at 10 PM
