Newly renovated house located in the heart of the Pocono mountains
Located just a walking distance to community pool and sports amenities; surrounding area is packed with activities, most are a short drive away.

Beautiful, NEWLY RENOVATED 2 story modern farmhouse with 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, game room, movie theater room, private outside hot tub, outside deck with grill and lounge area and so much more!

We spent a lot of time renovating this home and making it a real treat for those who love family & friends getaways as much as we do!
We spend a lot of time up there in Poconos so we tried making it like home away from home!

There's plenty of things to do like
- 6 smart TVs (ranging between 45'-75')
- Private move theater room with sound system and Apple TV
- Board games
- PS4
- Outside fire pit & indoor wood fireplace
- Outside furnished lounge areas
- BBQ

The house is equipped with fun electronics like USB outlets, wireless chargers in each bedroom, fan with bluetooth speaker in the bathroom, sound bar and more!

We equip this house with:
* Cuisinart coffee machine
* Fully equipped kitchen (dishes, spices, etc)
* Basic cleaning supplies (under the kitchen sink)
* Bed sheets
* Towels
* Hygiene supplies
* Disposable toothbrush and toothpaste sets for all guests
* Laundry room with detergent, iron, and steamer
* Blow dryer

During the summer season, guests are welcome to use community amenities:
* Outdoor Pool
* Lake with Beach Access
* Volleyball Court
* BasketBall Court
* Tennis Court
* Soccer Field
***Please note: badges are provided so you can access the amenities listed above. ALL badges must be returned before check-out. If badges are lost or stolen, the fee of $60 will be deducted from your security deposit for each missing badge.

Maxim occupancy is 12 guests. Violating the rule will cause of deducting $100 per day per guest of the security deposit!

SMOKING IS ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED INSIDE OF THE HOUSE. ANY EVIDENCE OF SMOKING WILL RESULT OF $500 DEDUCTION FRFOM THE SECURITY DEPOSIT.

All guests are required to fill out a registration form for proper check-in process at the entry of the community. You will be given the form shortly after the booking is confirmed and will have to return it no later than 5 days prior to your check-in day.

We have not had this happen yet, but in the event that hot tub is not working, we are capped at maximum refund $50 per night for each day the hot tub is not operational. Again this hot tub is only few years old, and had 0 issues.

Please note there is a $1000 security deposit for any damage caused by you or guests in your group. This fee is not charged and in only applicable if damage occurred up to that amount.
