"Very clean and comfortable "

"Very interesting place. The location was exceptional with Nauset Beach within walking distance along with Pricilla Landing. Room was nice, however, a dormer took up half of it which made that part of the room unusable except for a TV. I did not have my own bathroom, bath towels were not replaced and it also wasn’t cleaned. I did receive one set of towels if I put used ones out. "I would suggest upgrading the WIFI. It wasn’t user friendly. Other than that it was clean, very well maintained, and the gentleman that owned it was very accommodating."

"The ceiling in the bathroom kept leaking over the toilet area at least twice during our four nights stay. Management did work on it the first time, but then it happened a second time on the day we were checking out. They’re compensation was $30!"

I just think it could have a wider range of options Of food in the restaurant and the jet skis were not so expensive for an hour p two people $ 148. "Inadequate parking for units farthest from the office. Re bedding: no comforter...it was a regular bedspread that cannot possibly be washed in between stays."

"We had a great stay at the Greyfinch Inn … just too short! Staff at reception were cheerful, welcoming and gave us good dining recommendations. Room was clean, bright and cozy. Bed was super comfy! Located in great proximity to both the center of Chatham and to nearby beaches. Can’t wait to return for more than just one night!"

"This place was quite the oasis from a busy life in Boston! We booked this place last minute and the room was gorgeous! The grounds were also very beautiful. The room seemed to have a woman’s touch everywhere and was VERY clean! Highly recommend and will be coming back!"

"room was clean, friendly staff. for a room of 4 there were only 2 accessible outlets, however one was not properly working. we had a long charging cable that we connected to the outlet in the bathroom which was not ideal but was able to make it work. very central hotel with close proximity to restaurants and shops"

"Everything about the stay was good except for the shower. The water temperature was completely unpredictable — it would randomly switch from comfortable to dangerously hot or freezing cold in seconds. Taking a shower felt like playing roulette. I honestly took the fastest shower of my life because I couldn’t wait to get out. This really needs to be fixed."

"This location has the best views of P-town harbor, and the dunes. All the rooms have been completely remodeled nicely, but the AC system is very loud which ruined my experience. Great breakfast, and the staff was excellent."
