"We loved our stay at Elsa's inn. The breakfast was amazing and we learned so much about the history of the area from the host. Location was unbeatable. We went to a nearby lookout to watch the sunrise and it was stunning and not crowded like the places right by Bar Harbor. This stay was one of the highlights of our trip around Maine!"

"It’s a motel ( nothing fancy) but was very clean. We stayed on the floor level and it was noisy from the rooms on the 2 nd level. Yes I would stay there again. Very relaxed and had chairs and benches outside your room. We could walk to 3 restaurants from the place. Very convenient location."

"It was a get away to a quiet place with a lot of unique features. There is a walking path lit with colorful leds, that was fun to stroll. The out house is funky but very clean, a very rural experience. The cabin was very nice, almost like palacial tree house but on the ground. It was warm enough and I slept well too. "My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Otter Creek Inn. The Only minor complaint we might have was the size of the shower in unit #5 (the only one we know about). If you are a large person that shower may present an issue. Other than that, our week there was great. Dawn, the manager was always helpful and we shared a few laughs with Evelyn over morning coffee.
