Great house for a family

What a beautiful house! I spent a long weekend here with my husband and our two kids. The kitchen is awesome - top of the line appliances, plenty of space for multiple chefs in the kitchen, and fully stocked. Bedrooms and linens were all lovely and clean. Pool and hot tub were great. This house is perfect for anyone looking to escape NYC - great location between village of Sag Harbor and town of East Hampton. Likewise, Havens Beach is just a 4 min drive away, and East Hampton Main Beach is just 12 mins away. If your kids are all remote for school (mine aren’t), pack ‘em up and move out here for a month. Unlike many EH houses, the WiFi is strong here. Plenty of room for everyone to work remotely without getting in each other’s way. Owner was wonderful - always available to offer help! We’d stay here again.

Perfect Beach Vacation

This was a wonderful family beach vacation. I almost don't want to rave too much and let the secret out: this is the house you want to rent for The Hamptons. Close to both Sag Harbor and East Hampton, the best of both beaches. The house is even more beautiful than the pictures (always a concern of mine when I rent); top of the line everything and the open flow floor plan works beautifully. The pool, very large deck and hot tub made for the perfect end-of-day after the beach or even a day away from the beach. David could not have been more welcoming, taking care of our every need. David even arranged for a clambake on the beach for us, including a bon fire. It was our best night! I can't say enough about David and this house, both just wonderful. We hope to return next summer-

One of our favorites!

We loved our stay at this property. The house is gorgeous, spacious, comfortable and super clean. David was such a joy to deal with. We rented last minute and we really wanted to use the fireplace. David was able to insure that we could use it by bringing over a screen and firewood the very day we asked about it. The kitchen is huge and really fun to cook in; with every item you need to prepare a wonderful meal. New, giant TV's in every room with all new apple tv's that are easy to operate. The location is ideal; 2 miles to downtown Sag and 4 miles to East Hampton. We look forward to renting this house again!

Great weekend!

We had a lovely stay here for a weekend getaway. House was very clean and spacious, beautiful pool. Also location is great, very close to Sag and East Hampton towns. David was very responsive and answered any questions we had immediately. Would definitely recommend this house!!

Incredible Gem and Perfect Location

I recently stayed at this property with my wife and 18 month old son and it is absolutely perfect. We were visiting for a weekend getaway to get out of Manhattan and as great as the pictures and description of the house are, they do not do it justice. The entire house is incredibly modern, clean, and has a beautiful attention to detail. The floor layout is open and was great for our son to play around while still being in our view, it would also be a fantastic floor plan for a larger group. The outdoor area is just as perfect - large, manicured yard and beautiful deck/pool/hot tub area in the center of the property which allowed for direct sunlight from morning until night. Plenty of room to relax, have fun, or entertain. All kitchen and grill equipment were state of the art and new, kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment, utensils and plates. Large Flatscreen TVs, connected Sonos speakers, and Nest products throughout the house confirm the investment to make this a great place to stay. Lastly, David was incredibly responsive from the first question we had before booking right up to we checked out. I would highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a modern and classy stay. We look forward to going back!!

Wonderful home

My wife and I and a couple of our grandchildren had a terrific long weekend at this beautiful property. The listing photos are 100% accurate and very fairly represent the home. The house is immaculately clean (really exceptional in that regard), well furnished and thoughtfully supplied with all necessities and more, from quality kitchen equipment to comfortable and abundant towels; even an extra mattress that made a good toddler bed. No running to the store for basics that should always be on hand - because they are all there. The kitchen is fantastic - beautiful and functional - and the heated pool (very effective heating system) and hot tub and associated outdoor seating areas are also spacious and comfortable. Big, high quality flat screen TV's everywhere you would want one for sports and movies, but unobtrusive when not turned on. Property manager David is extremely responsive and helpful. Convenient location, within 10/15 minutes of most anything - shopping, restaurants, beaches, tennis, etc. Obviously not inexpensive but I felt it was fairly priced and good value for the money. I would happily return to this property and enthusiastically recommend it. Highest rating.

Lovely Little Bird

Little Bird is not so little but is delightful. Clean, spacious, and impeccably designed. The heated pool and spacious deck was enjoyed by all as was the hot tub when the cool evening came around. Minutes from both downtown Sag or East Hampton it was the perfect destination for our family. We look forward to scheduling next years stay. Thank you David!

Amazing

Came out for a girls weekend for Labor day, and we could not have asked for a better stay. This house was everything and more. On top of the gorgeous property, David went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We are extremely happy with everything and so grateful to have been able to stay here. We look forward to coming back!

Hammin It Up In The Hamptons

Our stay from July 28th through August 2nd was just great. The house is perfectly located between Sag Harbor and East Hampton, which is a huge bonus as traffic can get bad during busy holiday season. It had everything needed for a great stay, and was very clean. The oversized deck with a great pool was perfect for just hanging out and reading a book or just to lounge and relax. The hot tub was great for late night when we got back from dinner or whatever beach or area we were at that evening. David was always available and helpful by text or phone call if something was needed. He even checked in and offered to have a cleaning crew come in midway through trip and tidy up for no charge. We did not need that, but it was a very nice touch. All in all, it is a great house to rent for a trip to The Hamptons. The Traveling Cohen Family Clan.
