Come enjoy all Paradise Cove has to offer on Lake Torment. This bohemian inspired getaway is all about comfort and relaxation. This all season accommodation has equal amenities both in the summer and winter months. Soak in the hot tub while watching the sunset, or take the peddle boat or SUP boards out of the cove with a bottle of bubbly and enjoy the views from the water. On chilly nights, rock in the hammock chairs by the wood stove while listening to records. You will feel right at home.

Nice stay, too short

Property was great and as advertised. Lots of amenities. Too many to use on our short stay. Nights were wonderful and very quiet.Location is far from major towns but still drivable. Carlie and Sue were great hosts.

Nice with Room for Improvement

The Good- sweet little cottage in a peaceful location. We enjoyed the tranquility. Beautifully staged for a welcoming feeling. The Bad- the barbecue was snowed/iced in and not cleaned at all. The woodstove that is listed as a feature doesnā€™t come with wood. We were given instructions to buy our own wood in the welcome message. Communications were ok- not warm/invitingā€¦ but ok. The Ugly- snow clearing was inadequate- steps were iced over and dangerous. The upper deck above the hottub had a couple of feet of snow on it which is unnerving while soaking and annoying when it started to drip down.

Great place

Had my bday getaway with friends here it was awesome even in the winter. Says up to 6 guests and we had 5 and it was very crowded, not enoigh dinner table seats for everyone and living room seating was not for us all to sit and watch tv. Other than that it was great thoigh!

I really like the decor but as soon as I walked in and I moved one of the blankets off the couch, it was full of dog hair, so I had to try to wipe it off and then I decided just to put clean sheets from upstairs on top of it, and then I went in the kitchen, and I took the furry backs off the kitchen chairs and removed the table placemats. I took some paper towel and spray and wash the kitchen table and it was. Dirty, I realize itā€™s a pet friendly place, but I think the hair on the only couch to sit on being full of dog hair was a bit inappropriate, and when youā€™re preparing food, thereā€™s no need for all that fuss on the kitchen table looks nice and pictures are practically who wants to eat with everybody elseā€™s germs, so I proceeded to wipe the kitchen counters off as well That was my only complaint, but those are the two things that you use the most the couch and the kitchen table and my husbandā€™s complaint was if itā€™s listed as a B&B why wasnā€™t there at least butter in the fridge or even margarine we had to go to the store as soon as we got there and there was only two options two containers in the fridge. Otherwise we wouldā€™ve had to go to town. The other thing was, we were young couple for our age, and it was still a little bit difficult to get up the stairs because they were quite steep and narrow. Perhaps I could be mentioned, especially if itā€™s a couple that has issues with mobility, thank you very much. I also removed everything off the coffee table and wiped it.

Quiet getaway

This was an opportunity to get out of the city and find some country quiet. We found it hear, not a sound as we walked the roads nearby. The cottage itself was sweet, comfortable, cozy and most certainly, well equipped.

We Had a Great Stay!

My partner and I enjoyed our weekend away at this cottage! The location is very quiet and relaxing. The atmosphere is friendly, inviting and clean, everything looked as advertised. Communication with the host was professional, informative, helpful, and pleasant. Everything you need was pretty much already at the cottage. They had bath and outside towels, pillows, blankets, fans, shower soaps, cookware, and basic spices (which we were pleased to find as we forgot spices for our breakfast eggs!), firewood, BBQ, candles lighter and so much more! You name it, theyā€™ve probably got it! If youā€™re looking for a relaxing get away, we definitely would recommend planning a visit here!

I didnt want to leave!

Stop reading reviews just book it now, best cottage rental we have found. Dog was in heaven --throw the ball, catch it, jump in lake, bring ball back. Super clean and well stocked.
