"Hotel and staff were nice. We came from out of town for a festival and would definitely stay again! My only complaint is there was no elevator however that was my bad for not checking."

"The staff was incredibly kind, and helpful. The room was freshly cleaned. They even went out of their way to help jump my car when it died and I really appreciate that."

"I booked a room for 4. Got one wash cloth. Was told every time I needed a new one I had to bring the old one up with me. Same as towels. When I told the front desk guy that I had 4 people. Told me it was policy. About 20 minutes after I told him to do his job in not so nice words. He called my room 20 minutes later and said he looked up their policies and I was correct, so I could come get enough for me and my kids to shower. Floors were dirty, bathroom was disgusting. Mirrors were dirty....

"No elevator. Despite booking a handicap room, they tried to put us on the second floor and then upcharged us to move to the first floor. Gutters hanging off the building, landscaping hasn't been touched in years with 4 ft tall weeds all around. Grass not cut and 3ft tall. Not as advertised."

"If you enjoy hospitality with the warmth of a DMV and the charm of a haunted yard sale, this is your spot. The owner doubles as the front-desk oracle — and what an oracle: never answer the phone, summons you in person like it’s a sacrament, and dispenses sarcasm instead of smiles. The maid is also the groundskeeper, towel-trader, and likely the facility’s entire HR department. Mini-fridge came as a scent-sampler; we had to air it out, plug it in, and hope our drinks survived the spa treatment....

"They should brush the corners for cobwebs and spiders. Overall, it was a fine stay, but that was the only thing to note. At least there weren't bedbugs"

"Room was used for what its intended for. Just needed to rest our heads n get ready for airport. Desk agent was cordial. Parking was convenient. Air conditioning worked, it took away what the Room smelled of stewing. We git air freshners. Room was ok after. Bathroom light did not work. Breakfast consisted of frozen pastry thawed, coffee n juice dispensed at your leisure. At this day and age, we're thankful for anything complimentary."
