"Overall, nice stay. Close to downtown, convenient. Some minor issues with the unit. TV wasn't functioning for us, so host called and helped. A previous guest had signed in to a streaming service, so I didn't have to bother my lovely wife, but that really should be cleared after each stay. Air conditioning window unit was not secured, which is something we consider necessary on first floor/easily reached spaces. Plumbing in bathroom was very loose for some reason. "Location was on a less than desirable street. Didnt feel overly safe going out at night.At night there were groups of people congregating on street drinking in 2 different areas.Car with smashed window was parked outside out house each day. TV did not even have basic sports available. Upstairs was very drafty and cold."

"The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The neighborhood is safe. We stayed one night for a wedding in German Village, so it was very close and we Ubered to and from the venue. It was perfect for our stay. House does have central air and the downstairs was comfortable, but the bedrooms were a bit stuffy. One bedroom did have a window unit, but no ceiling fan. "Was very welcoming, small town feel but just a stone throw from Lancaster .. and super close to logan to do all your adventures. Very clean and inviting.. I definitely recommend this over a hotel any day. "
