Adult supervision is required at all times when children are present in either area. Guests assume full responsibility for the safe and appropriate use of both the hot tub and sauna. By choosing to use these amenities, guests agree to follow all posted instructions and safety guidelines and to ensure children are properly supervised at all times. Neither the property owner nor the management company shall be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or misuse related to the hot tub or sauna.
