"We really enjoyed our stay at The Old Stables. The beds were very comfortable and everything we needed was provided. The hosts were helpful and the setting is idyllic with pheasants and wildlife all around. Close to lots of forest walks and to local pubs and to the pretty village of Petworth. We were at the cottage for almost three weeks and it felt like home when we left. Very central for a visit to West Sussex and all that it has to offer."

"We had a wonderful stay at Taylor’s Copse. The property was clean, well equipped and comfortable. Check in was easy and both the hosts and their daughter were friendly and welcoming. "This property is amazing, and has set a standard that will be hard for us to find again, where do I begin. The apartment is beautifully styled, the kitchen is so well equipped and has washer/dryer, plus there were plenty of spare towels and sheets if needed for our week long stay. "JHale Oak Farm has obviously been a well appointed family home now perhaps a little tired in decor and equipment. However it provided a good value, ideal space for our family to meet up over half term week.The house is in a beautiful rural situation. We enjoyed walks in the surrounding countryside and a trip on the local restored canal.Ken was a most helpful and accessible host even advising us how to lower the Aga temperature in a heat wave! Many thanks."
