Step inside this single-level, detached guest house designed for comfort and ease.



- Living Room: Unwind on comfortable seating around a cozy gas fireplace, perfect for family movie nights or quiet evenings. Large windows invite the natural beauty indoors.

- Kitchen: A brand new, full-sized kitchen awaits, equipped with a dishwasher, electric range, microwave, and all the cookware and dishware you’ll need to prepare delicious meals. A charming breakfast nook offers a lovely view of the backyard.

- Bedrooms: Master Bedroom: Features a comfortable King-sized bed and an en suite bathroom with a luxurious soaker tub (no shower).

- Guest Bedroom 1: Offers a plush Queen-sized bed.

- Guest Bedroom 2: Equipped with two Twin beds, perfect for children or additional guests, with direct access to the screened-in porch.

All bedrooms are bright and offer lovely views of the outdoors. Fresh, high-quality linens are provided.

- Bathrooms: Two well-appointed bathrooms. The master en suite boasts a soaker tub, while a shared guest bathroom features a refreshing shower. Essential toiletries are supplied.

- Outdoor Spaces: Beyond the fantastic backyard, relax on the brand new 3-story patio or enjoy the fresh air from the screened-in porch with a ceiling fan. Outdoor seating is available for enjoying the serene surroundings.

- WFH Friendly: Reliable WiFi is available throughout the house, suitable for light remote work and streaming.

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire Early's Guest House, including the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, private patio, screened porch,  parking for 2-3 cars is available in the driveway.

While we respect your privacy, we are readily available via platform messaging for any questions or assistance you may need during your stay. We are committed to providing a 5-star experience!



Other things to note



- The guest house is a separate structure from the main home, ensuring complete privacy with no noise transference as it's only joined to a two-car garage.

- Please note that the master bathroom features a soaker tub but no shower.

- While we love pets, we kindly request no pets to ensure the comfort of all our guests.

- Smoking is not permitted inside the property.

- For your security, exterior security cameras are present (e.g., at entrances, driveway).



Getting Around



A car is recommended for exploring Charlottesville and the surrounding wine country, although the quiet location makes for a pleasant drive. Easy, low-traffic access to the airport and vineyards. On-site parking is ample for 2-3 vehicles.
